I would give zero stars if it wasn’t for Ashley T being our waitress. The food came out wrong and the manager Ed tried to justify it because the kitchen was busy (while his face covering was under his chin) 75% of your establishment is empty. Waited 25 minutes for correct food. Ashley made sure our drinks never ran out and our bread basket was always full. Such a delightful young woman.
The atmosphere could use a major updating at this location! Some of their booths are ripped up and lumpy, very, very uncomfortable for someone with back issues. The food is almost, always good. Service is always good. Went in for dinner tonight on a Saturday and for whatever reason they locked the doors and closed 30 minutes earlier then their posted hours on the door and we weren't the only people who left to find dinner elsewhere. Losing revenue, sad.
Had green beers and good food. Ashley T. was our Server. She was very nice and attentive. Happy St. Patrick's Day! The Whiskey Chicken Pasta is so delicious btw.
Usually the Curbside pickup is pretty good. Tonight, possibly due to a short staff issue, we waited 20 minutes (this was after we arrived at the designated parking space 26 minutes after ordering) for our meal to come out. No apology offered so I Immediately regretted tipping (we prepaid). Food was good.
The new island teriyaki chicken with the rice and sweet potatoes at O’Charley’s is the dish to order if you’re in the mood for something different but good.nThe food was so good and it came out fast. Our server was great.
