I actually can't review the food. We we're promptly seated by a hostess whose didn't appear to even want to be there. Sat down and waited and waited, no one came by to even say hi or ask us for our drink order. We got passed by several servers over and over again. We left after 18 mins and no attention. The place did not look to busy or crowded.
Horrible. Went to have an easy dinner. Get some wings....what could go wrong with wings at a wing place right!???! Wings were so bad....like I had to wonder if they were cooked. Skin was soft and pale. Fries were cold. Ordered 10 wings and ate maybe 3. How do you screw up wings if that is your thing.
Edited review: My review is based solely on the general manger's response. The location was very busy and the cashier told me curbside was not available when I arrived and that they were too busy to hand it to me at the door. Since they were so busy in a small take out area I was not entering. I explained this and was contact by the GM today to give me a full list of ways she is addressing the safety concerns. I was very impressed with how serious this was taken to protect their staff and guests. Good management is what makes a good restaurant and I know many locations wouldn't make any changes or take it seriously. Impressed.
Dirty. The floor was covered in trash. I've posted in other forums, photos of dirty walls etc. This trip wasn't any better but I didn't pay much attention to walls. Its a chicken wing place. Guess what they didn't have? Boneless wings are not wings! The people of Buffalo would be coming with torches and pitchforks!
When did BWW stop putting sauce on wings? These are supposed to be standard sauced wings and they were dry and disgusting. I’d give zero stars if I could.
