Food is great but... We just got an order for delivery, and an item was missing. No big deal, but when we called to let them know, we were hung up on 3 times as soon as we said an item was missing. And then our calls were not answered for probably about ten minutes. When I finally got an answer, I asked for a manager and the “manager” I got to speak to (Rosa, allegedly) seemed to not care at all about what happened. When I told her about being hung up on, all she could say was “I don’t know who took that call”. I don’t care who took the call, it was just inappropriate. I had to ASK the “manager” for an apology. She made it very clear she didn’t care. Moral of the story, we will never order from there again which is unfortunate.
Love the food at this place but will never order again from here. They forgot an item on our delivery order (which is no big deal, we understand stuff happens) and we called and got hung up on 3 times while trying to get the situation resolved. We continued to call and no one answered our calls. Finally got someone on the phone named “Rosa” who was the “manager” and she was SUPER RUDE and unapologetic about the situation. Save your money! Eat at a restaurant that cares about their customers!!
Good selection of food. Have never had a bad meal. Prices are reasonable.
Food is soso. Got a metal bag tie in my Taco meat. The owner just shrugged it off.
