I was greeted right away. I had paperwork I needed to be filled out and the staff was more than willing. I feel the optometrist truly listened to me and gave me a prescription that allowed me to clearly see. The staff also made sure I got the best glasses at the best price.nnGreat experience overall!
I had a great experience very clean little to zero wait. I also brought my 7 year old and they are great with kids too. They except most insurances which I didn’t know before so glad I found this cute little gem in Uxbridge. My mother has an appointment next week she is finally going to stop driving to her old eye doctor 2 hours away because of my experience.
Went to B Franks this week for my yearly eye exam and everything from the moment I walked through that door was simply friendly and professional and so very welcoming. I look forward to my yearly appointments and also the great selection of glasses they provide. A very top notch business and would recommend to anyone looking.
The staff here are wonderful! Everyone is friendly and helpful from the person greeting you right through to the Doctor. Highly recommend!
On behalf of my wife who was at your shop yesterday, she had a wonderful experience. We've been using Mitford Target, which is great as well, but B Frank is 5 minutes away and she felt like she was among friends and neighbors. Planning to schedule both kids soon too.
