Tom is extremely knowledgeable on firearms and the laws of Massachusetts. He was also pleasant and patient with a first time gun buyer like myself. I highly recommend him if you are a first time gun buyer. It seemed to me that all of the other firearm businesses in this area did not want anything to do with a first time gun owner.nnThank you Tom.

I just took the firearms course with Tom and it was great! I’ve had my LTC for some time, but I like to stay up on all of the safety information. Tom told me that despite having my LTC already I would still get a lot out of this course. He was absolutely correct. This 4 hour course felt like 30 minutes because it was so engaging. I will recommend it to everyone I talk to!

At first when I contacted WA Arms I didn’t think I would get a response or any feed back. But i did make contact and spoke with Tom. First i emailed and explained i was new to gun ownership and was interested in 9mm semi auto pistols. He emailed me back and said he had a few I might be interested in. I went and met with Tom. The experience was very informative and he answered every question i had. He also gave me advice on gun laws to be aware of and safety advice which I was grateful for. I felt very comfortable with Tom and I’m sure i could have stayed much longer but didn’t want to overstay my welcome. He showed me a pistol I was happy with and was very reasonably priced. I made the purchase including some ammunition. The website doesn’t do do the place justice. I have been to other dealers and i must say WA Arms gave me the best service.
