Steve was great to work with. Came out promptly, prices were very fair, and installation was excellent. Steve and Bobby really went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed as if it was their own house. In the next year or 2 I will definitely be using them to install a new door too. Highly recommend dracut window and door!

We reached out to Steve to add a window and door to our addition and he was incredibly personable, prompt, and professional. Installers are facing historic backlogs at this time since many people are working from home and coming to terms with domestic inadequacies, but Steve was able to give us a reasonable timeline for the project. Dracut Window and Door is a family-owned small business but they perform with the efficacy of a company ten times the size without losing an ounce of customer service! If you ever dial in and are greeted by a woman's voice, that's just Jenn, Steve's hardworking wife and newly-employed helper during this turbulent time! They'll treat you like family if you're fortunate enough to let the Rogers help make your house more of a home.

These folks were wonderful to me during this very busy time. They scheduled me in so they could fix my storm door which was not closing securely.
