I have never been treated so rudely by health care in my life. This place is a disgrace to the hard working medical care providers that actually care and provide the help that people are looking for. This place uses a patient portal device that allows you to look at results yet they don’t give you the password or user name to access your results and when trying to get help on that matter they just say they can’t help you with that. I recommend you go to St. Joseph for they actually care for people. This place sucks.

I was not impressed with Thad Giblette, NP. I went to get some prescriptions renewed, and they charged me extra for a more extensive visit just because he wouldn't stop talking to me about melatonin in what was likely questionable medical advice. Then he forced me to switch medications to something that is 3x more expensive, with only 1/10 of the quantity (doses). It is definitely less effective, and he did all this despite me telling him that what I already had was working well for me.

First and last time visiting here. I went in to get tested for Covid with my boyfriend. The front desk was rude and I didn’t feel welcome at all. After my appointment they called me with my results and said they would email them to me. We never got an email so we called them asking what happened. They said to go into their portal and log in and then we would have our results. We had never heard of their portal or had gotten a username or password for it. We called them about 8 different times just trying to figure things out all while we were sick and not feeling well. They were rude each time they answered the phone. I think one of the receptionists gave up on us and just sent my boyfriends number to voicemail. I finally called and after my third try I got someone who wasn’t even at the desk and seemed preoccupied. I have never had a harder time with a health care center in my life and I will never go back. This place is complicated and rude and this is what you really don’t need when you aren’t feeling well.

I honestly love it when I have to go for a visit to Dr. Washington. He's awesome!! He's funny and relaxed with a great bedside manner. He effectively and efficiently takes care of my feet no matter the problem. I would highly recommend him! And his nurse is so friendly and caring. The staff in the foot and ankle clinic are always courteous and efficient.

I would like to give a big shout out to Chrystal, who is handling the Covid cases. She was not only patient, informative, but also very caring. If you ever have to go through the uncertainty of a test, rest assure Chrystal will take care of you. I have never been more impressed the I was by Chrystal...Thank you for actually Caring....
