I was not told before I arrived that my driver and boyfriend would not be able to sit in the waiting room. We were in Spokane last week at a very large ear , nose, and throat hospital and you could have another person with you. He had to sit outside in the 99 degree heat. Thanks so much TriState.

Dislocated my shoulder and broke my arm. Went to the ER by ambulance. Doctor nurses and all staff were great. Considering how much pain I was in, it's really saying somethingnThanks!

Trash hospital, unhelpful and untrained staff, never manage to treat anything properly.
