Thank you Kenneth for doing such a great job with Winston today! Super impressed with the level of service that I had today at Rapid City's Petco! I travel for work and take my furbaby with me everywhere and I am always a little worried when I take him in for a spa day, but Kenneth put me at ease and took great care of my little buddy. Excellent service. Special appreciation for Edith the store was very busy. She provided terrific service in the fish department. She went out of her way to find me at the register to bring me a product I hadn't known about and couldn't find. She gave me excellent information to solve my problem and excellent service to get my heavy purchase contained to get home safely. Great job Edith or Ethel

Assistant Manager and Manager were very helpful with my cat issue. And the young lady on the register was very friendly and efficient.

The guy working the fish section was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared for the fish. This store has a great selection and some great employees.

My dog has sensitive stomach issues and since starting him on the Whole Heart he hasn’t had any emergency vet visits. No pancreatitis again please! The dogs love the selection of grain free Whole Heart treats and food. Easy check out ♥ufe0f
