I purchased a washer and dryer. They had exactly what I went in store to buy and I got an awesome deal! All the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will return to shop more.
Home Depot generally has whatever we go there for. Whether it's plumbing related or outdoor bbq, or indoor plants,they have always had what we needed. Knowledgeable staff as well.
Very limited on items. The person we asked to help was quick to tell us how they were the 2nd smallest Home Depot in the country and that I could order items at their kiosk. When I'm working on a project I don't have time to order online. I need it when I need it. Otherwise, I would just order online and not go to the store.
If you purchase any item that requires delivery don't. They use a secondary company which they have no control over. They promise items will be delivered between certain hours. They cannot tell you if it will be late or delivered on another day or time, they have no control over the delivery company and cannot call them on the phone they can only message them and hope they respond. I canceled a $1400 + order because they could not tell me when it would be delivered. Went thru all sorts of hoops to get money returned.
Francis not very good manager. Had an order they said would be there. Did not arrive And when my client went to get materials they had made the trip for nothing. How about calling to let people know their order didn't come in. Store offered no help and in fact was rude about causing me time and money.
