Hannah V is absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I have never felt so comfortable with a salesperson before. She was patient, kind, and so fun! We were there for hours trying to decide on my wedding ring and she never made us feel like we were a bother for asking questions and taking our time trying on everything and anything. I felt like she truly cared about us and our choice. From now on, I will only shop at riddles. I’ve also heard such great things about Julie the goldsmith so I’m excited to work with her!!
The customer service is so amazing I can’t even explain how amazingly nice they were I didn’t catch there names but these two women were so amazing and very helpful and kind I’m so happy with my purchase and I will definitely be coming back!!!
My fiancé and I went to Riddles a few evenings ago and had the pleasure of being helped by Julie the Jewel Smith!! She was beyond amazing and made the experience so much fun. After meeting her, we decided to buy all of our jewelry from Riddles including my wedding band! :) my sister and her husband bought wedding bands there and are also so impressed with the quality of the jewelry, the customer service, and the amazing prices. After going there, I don’t think we will ever go anywhere for jewelry again:) They are by far the most reasonable in town. Great place to find that jewelry for that someone special or just to spoil yourself. I recently went in for a watch fix and they sent it off to be evaluated. Upon getting it back from the factory the price wasn't with spending on the item but they were very helpful and didn't charge me for sending it off. They did have a large selection of new watches to choose from and were more than helpful to let me try them on and see what ones fit the best. Although I didn't end up purchasing a new one at that time I look forward to visiting with them in the future and picking one up. If you are in the area they are definitely service oriented and want to do good by the customer. They know what service after the sale means as well. I had purchased jewelry from their Billings store years ago and they are all connected. Great people and would recommend to anyone looking for jewelry.
