We had these folks install a floor at The Daily Coffee Bar and Eatery. Joe was a pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond, helpful in finding a product that would fit out needs, and amazing at working around our business operations. The final product looks amazing and was headache free!

I spoke to Jim after my contractor became ill and could not install carpet. Jim made several calls to find me an installer even though there was to be no compensation for him. His empathy for my situation was amazung. I will use his company for all my future flooring needs.

We installed Kardean vinyl wood plank flooring throughout our bedroom, den and living room, and we are thrilled with the look and maintenance. This beautiful and realistic wood effect flooring brought life to our 1979 home.nnWe were extremely pleased with Carpet One, esp. Joe Pitcherella who brought samples to our home, helped with the selection process, thoroughly explained the design components and pros and cons of various types of wood and wood-like flooring. Joe is a great communicator and responded in a timely manner to our questions and kept us informed as we neared the installation date.nnHaving a quality product is important but equally important is working with someone who listens, communicates, and is responsive to your needs. For example, I wanted an installer who would wear a mask during this CoVid pandemic since my installation was done in October 2020. Joe found the perfect installer for us.nnIf you’re thinking about doing a remodel or need flooring, head to Carpet One and ask for Joe Pitcherella. We decided to do a kitchen remodel next, and we’re just starting to pick out our cupboard design and color. Joe has been as good with cabinetry as he was with our flooring needs. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this fine young man at Carpet One.

Purchased Lexmark Verona:Fortune carpet in mid 2016 at a cost of of over $10,000.. This is the same brand used in Bozeman’s Carpet One showroom. Every since installation the carpet has needed re-stretching and after four years it’s gotten worse and it is a tripping hazard. Since April of 2020 we have informed Stuart Beiswanger (owner) of this situation. Stuart explained the Coved 19 impact has eliminated their ability to do anything to remedy our situation at this time. He has indicated he will stay on it. At a later date I will re-post on this site on the outcome of our experience and apply the appropriate rating. I hope it will be five stars.
