By far the greediest bank in Great Falls!!!! I have had an account with them since I was 10 and I will be closing it and going with ANY other bank in Great Falls. Would not recommend to anyone!
Your answering service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I just want to talk to a real person, are the employees there not required to answer the phone when it rings? I have called 10 times and left messages. Horrible customer service.
They take the time to get to know you personally and I feel like a part of the family when I use my bank. It makes banking less stressful and errands a breeze
