Laura and her team are simply fantastic. They are very understanding and offer very solid banking products. I have at times been a tough customer constantly working out of state. They are easy to deal with. Highly recomend there service.

I no longer trust this bank after 10 years of having an account. They have always treated me with kindness and urgency, I can always use my accounts for bill paying after check deposit. However, they constantly mess up my husbands pay check, on several occurances that I can no longer count. They will put it in the wrong account, or say he can use the card today because he needs it immediately avaliable but it ends up taking almost 2 days to deposite to be able to use the card which causes us to be late on bills and have late fees. When we check the balance it ends up in the negative which confuses us. At one point a gal put cash into the wrong account and we ended up losing our car insurance and we were penalized for it. We have taken our business to a bank that does not slow us down and is proficient and pays attention. We are so much happier. I hate to give up a local business.
