Bad customer service, they never answer their phone, and I do not recommend opening an account with them, I am switching all my accounts charged me $70 for one check that they kept returning and returning , it was a one time thing they couldn't even do a one time courtesy refund

Always really long wait times and poor customer service. Been using US Bank for 5 years but probably going to go somewhere else.

The sign says they open at 9. Workers showed up after 9. Waiting in drive thru. It is currently 920 and they still havent opened.
