The lady working was so helpful. I apologise, I don't remember her name. I have gout and planters wort. I just haven't been able to find a shoe that works. We must have tried on 5 or 6 pairs and she was so wonderful and patient. She didn't know about gout but, certainly knew her shoes and I believe I have found something that will work.
