I recently purchased a washer and dryer from this place. Dryer is fine, but the washer arrived broken. Packaging was fine, but the washer was obviously broken before being packaged. I have been trying for over a week to get this fixed, but NO ONE can be bothered to answer a call or return my call. DON'T waste your time or money. Go ANYWHERE else. You'll get better service!
Very helpful during our remodeling!nMy adult daughter and I are making home improvements on our own and had lots of questions. Employees in gardening, lighting, celing fans, shelving, plumbing, and electronics were wonderful and patient! They all took the time to ensure we understood all the information! They got us to get a plumber to install the toilet but helped us replace a bathroom sink by ourselves!
I thought they were better than Home Depot...boy was I wrong. Ordered a matched Washer/Dryer set in December 2020. Was told the Dryer would arrive and be delivered Feb 2021. Never received any phone calls or updates. We called today to find out the status of our order. Of course The dryer is now discontinued and we cannot get another dryer. Now we are stuck with a mismatched set. You would think someone from the store would have called to talk to us about the situation before we hunted them down. The store employees could not even find our order at first and after giving them our serial number they finally found it. On the phone for the last 20 minutes trying to get through the ridiculous Lowes Card Phone tree to get a live person on the phone to start the dispute process. The customer service in the large big box stores is ridiculous, especially in the Prescott area. I should have spent a little more money and gone with a smaller retailer.
Went into Lowe's to buy a trailer to haul everything home from Prescott AZ to Pine City MN. It was $500 to rent a trailer at U-haul or $700 to buy a trailer at Lowe's.nWent into lawn and garden to ask for help, they didn't know who handles trailers and sent me to customer service counter. They sent me back to Lawn and Garden. After waiting 20 minutes for for someone to help me, I finally asked for the Manager on Duty.nHe (I can't remember his name. (Store #1157, Terminal 17, 04/10/21. 09:34:44nHe helped us and got us on our way with a new trailer and a Happy face.
