We stayed 4 nights and throughly enjoyed the accommodations! Very kid friendly (1 year old & 3 year old), good breakfast selection, helpful and friendly staff! Felt safe and clean amidst the pandemic. Super fun walkable location and fabulous amenities.
Literally the best hotel I have stayed at in a LONG time. The front desk is so accommodating! Concierge is just spot on.. clean, top shelf. Love the fun bar area! Just absolutely a gem of a hotel and we will be back! Well managed for sure!
Excellent accomodations, hospitable and very friendly staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Planning on returning very soon. Food was actually fantastic; best hotel bar food ever. Even the breakfast was comprehensive, warm, and delicious.
Our other reservations fell through and left us stranded in Ketchum at 1am after a long day of travel. Chase set us up with a room right away and made sure we had a place to stay when no other hotels were open that time of night. 5 star customer service and we will definitely be back!
Incredible location, attentive staff, and a hotel full of amenities! Loved the big open lobby, bar, and restaurant/lounge area, lot's of room to spread out. Shuttles were always there and ready for a ride to the lifts or across town for a massage at Zenergy. Dog Daisy greatly appreciated the pet friendly environment! From the room to the hot tubs, everything was incredibly well cared for with ample supplies for a night of room service. Great addition to Ketchum.
