My husband and I went to The Grill for my 50th birthday this weekend. It was our first visit to the restaurant which was recommended highly by staff at the Limelight hotel. We were ushered to our table right away where our server Rachel was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list for an order. The bar was beautiful and the restaurant was both elegant and informal. We had the escargot with Pernod and bacon to start which were amazing, followed by fried chicken and rack of lamb with mint pesto. The food was so delicious and beautifully presented and we were offered a basket of freshly baked popovers with honey butter as a delightful house side. The wine list was extensive and offered selections for every price point. The desert menu looked delicious but we were so full! Next time. We ended with a glass of tawny port and Sauternes. Our meal was leisurely and Rachel encouraged us to return in the Summer so we could sit outside in the lawn area which looked lovely when we peeked out into the snow. This was a lovely experience and a definite future add to our restaurant choices when we visit Ketchum!

My wife and I have on a ski safari for thr past three weeks. We've been stay at 4 and 5 star hotels in Park City and Vail. None have catered to us the way we were treated at Knob Hill. There attention to detail and customer servce was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

For appetizer we started off with the lamb lollipops served with mint pesto and thin onion rings it was superb. For dinner, I had the fried chicken and it was delicious! It was cooked perfectly with tasty mash potatoes and green beans. My husband had the duck and he also enjoyed it, he mostly fell in love with the croissants that served with honey butter. We had mud pies for dessert and they were delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and our server was great ud83dudc4d Thanks to the chefs for the mouthwatering meals.

Food was great. The kitchen killed it. Atmosphere was really nice. Our waitresses was disrespectful and just not really there. Most of our table came up working in restaurants, and were surprised to feel so unwelcome. Kind of a slap in the face when they throw the automatic gratuity on there. I don't think we'll be back.nn.

We sat in the garden outside. It was unbelievably lovely... I felt like I was at a garden party in England. The tables sit on a soft, green lawn, beautiful flowers and shrubs all around the perimeterof the lawn. At night it gets dark and all you have is moonlight, candle lit tables and some string lights. I was perfectly delighted by the ambiance.nnI had the shrimp for an appetizer and the Idaho Trout. Shrimp came out in the shell and was a bit of a pain to peel, but the trout was perfect. It was a huge portion (but I couldn't... I ate the whole thing).
