Stopped in for some ammo today and even though ammo is short and Art needs to have some to sell when people buy guns he still let me get 1 box. Very friendly and great service. Little town of Hawthorn is lucky to have him as the only gun store within an hour.

Great place! Art Johnson is one of the kindest people I've ever met in this town. I really like his shop. The prices are a steal and I really like how he has price tags on everything so you know right off the bat what you're looking at for cost. Not that the tags matter most the time since Art is a pretty nice guy and usually willing to cut you a deal. We've never had anything but great service when my BF and I go in there.
I absolutely love Art and his store. He has always been very good to me.
