The lady can be really rude actually. She only helps the people that she wants to help. Everyone else she gives attitude or really rude to them I don’t feel as comfortable when she’s there. Talks to you as if you were a little kid and never really explains what you need. They should really consider hiring someone that is a people person cause she sure isn’t one.

Very quick and easy. Only complaint is that we had to wait almost 3 months to get in as they are only open two days a week and only take appointments. I know it's because of covid but three months is ridiculous.

The young lady that was working on January 13th was extremely helpful. There was an issue with the computer system and she kept us informed of the progress in resolving the issue. She was very knowledgeable as well as quite friendly. Our experience was very good and since I have to renew my license every year we will continue to use the office again.
