Umpqua in Othello is a great bank to do business with. All of the employees there are attentive and considerate. Above all, they are helpful- Able and willing to aid the customer to the best of their capabilities. I recommend opening an account with them as a first choice due to their supportive nature and ability to provide a friendly atmosphere while still keeping it highly professional.

I walked in kinda bumped out because my morning started bad but the employees customer service changed my day and I walked out laughing and smiling. the only reason why I gave a 4 star rating is because I dislike how you get charged a fee if you don’t have certain amount of money in your checking account if I’m correct but the rest of the services they provide are amazing ud83dudc4cud83cudffd
