On 7/14/20 My wife was in alot of pain she had a kidney stone passing so we went to the hospital in ritzvile to get her help. It was me and my wife and my kids that are well matter we drove up to the emergency room and the woman nurse let my wife in and told us we couldn't come in she was very rude to us there was no reason why we could wait in the waiting room so we had to sit outside for hours and it was hot this was the worst hospital i ever been to and my wife sed the nurse was very rude to her i feel bad for the people who live in ritzvile that has to go to this hospital
They will rob yoyou blind, Do not use this hospital, Absoulut do not. I have had family and friends use this hospital. They will double charge you to triple charge your Insurance. You will absolutely suffer from outrageous charges for nothing. They don't care about you or your financial status or how close you are to death. They WILLL ABSOULUTELY YAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. YOUR FAMILY IS NOT SAFE HERE. THE DR'S ARE ABSOULUTELY SUB PAR AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TJRY ARE DOING. Get ready for big expense and horrible care.
Worst hospital ever! Staff has no idea what they are doing! Don’t recommend going here.
