Colorado Craft

This is a great restaurant to enjoy a meal outside, especially in sunny weather. I thought the service could have been better, but it wasn't criminally bad. I got the Craft Burger, which was really good. My son got the spicy chicken sandwich, which was a bit too much for him and was taken home for later. My wife got a salad and an appetizer. I thought the old fashioned I ordered was pretty good, but not the best I've had. This is definitely a solid place to try and I'm certain I'll be here again.

Best chicken sandwich in town. Spicy Chicken Sandwich has a good level of heat. Great crunch. I love the coleslaw on it. A nice hint of sweet in the sauce. Amazing sandwich! I've only ever ordered online but the inside looks cool when I've come inside to pick up my orders.

Overall good experience. Came here for a date night with my wife. The atmosphere and ambiance were good and gave the opportunity to talk and hear without having to yell. There is a bar below the restaurant and apparently it can get pretty loud down there. The food was delicious and freshly made, the only thing I wish was that the fries were hot, they were warm at best. The spicy chicken sandwich is amazing and I liked it better than the burger, it is spicy however so you better like the burn.nThe service was really good and friendly; Dylan was the bartender and is apparently one of the owners; he was a rally nice guy and easy to talk to. Will definitely be back to this place.

I love this local gem! Had an amazing garden salad with steak. The salad was light and refreshing. The steak.... WOWZA. Perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. What a great afternoon of amazing food and beverage.

We ate outdoors on the patio, and our server Jaden never forgot about us; service was great. Salmon appetizer was the best salmon I've ever had. Mac 'n cheese was delicious, too. High-quality food; I'll be back to try the rest of the menu. Great date night restaurant or even for midday cocktails.
