This was our second win if the day for breweries. They had an orange creme beer. Normally not my type of beer, but I wanted something lighter. My buddies all ordered different beers and none disappointed.nThe burger was perfectly cooked at medium temp and well presented. Get a side of the green chili, great on a cold day.

We were in Manitou Springs for the weekend and just happened across this place as I love a good craft beer and food to go with it. The beer selection has a little for everyone and there are some tasty options that you'll definitely enjoy. The food was good, the atmosphere was friendly, and the beer delicious. They also sell beer to go if you're so inclined, which is always nice to take a local beer home to enjoy later.

Charming brewery with a cozy patio! The beer selection is great and the food is delicious! We had the MBC Nachos + Incline Burger - both were tasty. We've been to most of the local Colorado Springs/Manitou/Old Colorado City breweries and this is our new favorite. Dog friendly (patio) + kid friendly!

Fantastic food, and absolutely unusually excellent beers. A very wide variety, all very good. If you stop at one brewery in all of Colo Springs or Manitou, make it this one. Lovely decor and a fun hidden back patio are added bonuses.nnAlso, very knowledgeable and engaging waitstaff and bartends!
