Townhouse Sports Grill

Food was good but the waitress took really long to take our order and give us our bill. At the beginning we almost left because she hadn’t come over to our table after about 10 minutes to even ask what we wanted to drink. Same story with the bill where she forgot she still had our credit card and we had to wait about 10 minutes before she came over and checked on us to realize she hadn’t given us our card back.

Burgers and fries were very goog!

Even for as busy as they were didn't have to wait long for service. Bacon Cheeseburger is Amazing grilled flavor. Nice distancing for the tables. Was nice that the condiments were given so you could apply them yourself so there was minimum handling of the food before you got it.

My husband and I love this place!! We come here almost every week! We are sitting at the bar! Our bartender josh is amazing!!! They got very busy and he was handling it so well! He has a great personality and always makes sure we have a good time!!! The only disappointment was that the manager on duty who was wearing a colorado native sweatshirt was in the office the entire time they were having the lunch rush. At the very end of it she finally stepped out to help but made things worse because she had no idea what was going on! My husband and I are both in the industry we both wanted to get up from our table and help them run drinks and buss tables because the manager was no where to be found but in the office! Josh and the server working did an amazing job but the manager could of helped out a lot more! It was very disappointing to witness them not have the support they needed! I am giving the 5 stars because the food is amazing and the wait staff is amazing and josh is amazing that is why we always come back!

Terrible service. Asked for water never got it. Pizza and garlic knots doughy. Waitress just didn't care to do her job. The waitress only seemed to really wait on those that seemed to have money. I've honestly never had wait staff treat me so badly. The only good I can say is my beer was good and the gentleman that seated us was fantastic.
