Thunderbird Inn

A few years back I was mining in the area and was supposed to meet my mining partner here. The hospitality and kindness they showed be was PRICELESS!!!! I will NEVER forget these fine people. And will definitely go back!!!! The food was fantastic, the beer was cold... but most of all the people were warm. As well as that great fireplace. Thank you!!!!!

Went here with my wife and there were ups and downs. The fries were great, had that small town feel we enjoy, server and service was AMAZING!nThe cons though or just 1 big con really, no one was wearing a mask. That was our big concern was people were walking around without a mask, the tables weren't spaced out at all, didn't seem to be adhering to state COVID guidelines.

Tonight was my first time there and it was amazing. Such a great atmosphere. Great people and great music. So friendly. I look forward to coming back.

Fun place to have a good time. The only bar in Florence, or bar 20+ miles. Large service area, poker game, pool tables, excellent outside area for smoking and drinks, and horseshoe pit if you wish to play. Worth stopping on your way back from traveling back (US 24 going East) from a camping trip, hunting, fishing, or skiing. But it's a local business that doesn't have anyone with masks on.
