Quincys Steak & Spirits

I'm not sure how so many reviews expressed that the filet is so fantastic, it's NOT. I wonder if we just had a bad cook on 3/18/2021. If you like a steak that's thrown on the grill on one side and never flipped. Then probably a bowl thrown over it to steam it. I ordered medium rare, it was well done on one side and medium on the other. Now that said it still had a cool atmosphere and the wait staff was great.

Quincey’s is our most favorite restaurant anywhere. We live in Michigan but have a second home in Vail ( condo) and always try a destination dinner to Leadville. We have brought numerous guests here as well and never been disappointed. Love the atmosphere, the service, and absolutely the food. If a customer isn’t pleased with their dinner they need to speak up! I’m positive they will be accommodated. We hope to visit Quincy’s today or tomorrow while here in Co. No trip last year due to COVID but so happy they are up and running.

I eat here monthly 20 oz prime rib . Order it done it will still be bleeding trust in this. Which is fine I'm a carnivore blood dont hurt me just ask the wifeyud83dude43ud83eudd29ud83eudd2a

Current circumstances as they are, it was really nice to be able to put aside the whole ball of stress for a moment and enjoy a really good slab of meat (saying jokingly). Was a great meal. They are doing as well as they can regarding social distancing and keeping the restaurant clean. Thank you for the much needed, more than I thought, break. Dinner was great. The staff were very cool. The service was fantastic and I felt like I was at home there, and as always the food was top notch
