The Canteen Tap House and Tavern

During our time in Breckenridge, my wife and I were looking for dinner options and came across Canteen Tap House. We walked in and got seated very quickly up stairs since we made reservations. Due to COVID, each table had 1.5 hrs to eat. Since we at a very late lunch, we didn’t order much. We ordered the Hot Honey Wings and the Pork Street Tacos. The Hot Honey Wings was AMAZING!!!! This is the first time that I have had hot honey wings. They had a great smokey flavor yet still crunchy!!! This is probably one of the best wings I’ve had!!! I definitely was not expecting it. We also ordered the Pork Street Tacos and they were great. Great flavor and it was just perfect proportion. The atmosphere was a great. Very casual and open on the upper level. They did have a small menus, but they definitely make sure that each dish matters with simple, but complex flavors.

Our server was excellent! He was friendly, accommodating, he could foresee what we might need ahead of time and offered extra napkins, salt, pepper, extra hot water for my hot tea and an extra sauce. The food was good! The neighbor restaurant’s music was a bit loud. Wait time was less then 10 minutes. Overall very happy with this place.

Great food and tasty drinks! We had the 'merica burger and the honeydew burger, both with buffalo and a couple alcoholic beverages, all week absolutely delicious! And our waiter, Dave, was awesome! He checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. If you are in the area, definitely give this place a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Great food and big portions! My husband and I dropped by for dinner after a long day of skiing and the restaurant did not disappoint. Our waiter was kind and helpful. The food came out quick, fresh, and loaded. So good. Highly recommend!
