Amazing shop. I think the best shop in the valley for mountain bike services in my opinion and I know a lot of other locals feel the same way. The owner is great And I’ve also worked a lot with Jim who helped get my shocks adjusted better than I’ve ever had them. My bike feels great now and they taught me so much about how to take care of my bake and make micro adjustments. There was a very small, reasonable charge for everything they helped me with, and they made me feel welcome to come back at any point if I had questions or needed more help. No attitudes, no egos, just super knowledgeable and helpful. They also sell Pivot bikes which is a great bike if you are looking for a new mountain bike.

I cannot day enough great things about Moontime. As a local I have stopped into the Kind a few times and each time they were too busy, said they would call me back and didn’t or said they could not fix my issue.nEach time I go to Moontime Frank and his team immediately find a solution, more less money, more quickly and this last time he even improvised a makeshift improvement for me so I could ride home safely until the part I needed came in. LOVE THEM! Best bike experts on the Valley.

I was in from out of town and had a few minutes to burn looking for a new MTB seat. The owner was extremely helpful and patient while walking me through the different options they had in stock and even made out of store recommendations if what he had didn't work. Cannot recommend enough - I find many shops that treat customers poorly because they don't know exactly what they are looking for... Moontime was exactly the opposite.

This bike shop rocks! Honest, knowledgeable and reliable staff and service. We have tried a number of places around the mountains and this is the best shop. Period. Had a broken bike and needed it fixed before a road trip. Frank got it squeezed into their schedule and fixed it fast. Highly recommend!

Top notch!! I caught these guys in the shop on a Sunday(normally closed), and instead of turning me away they took my bike and my info and promptly got back to me during business hours. My bike is smooth as butter now! On top of it all, one of the guys was kind enough to meet me after hours so i could get my bike back quickly. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Will be my first stop every time.
