A remarkable quality of care! Susan understands animals better than any vet I've met. She looks at them from many angles, not just from the point of view of disease/illness. Our visits with her are worth every penny, and are so much more valuable than 'traditional vet' visits, in which we have invested thousands of dollars with very few answers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our initial experience with Susan was positive. She made some changes to our dog’s diet which seemed to help him. His thinning hair grew back and he seemed to be more energetic. As a result we were lured into trusting Susan. Next she took him off his thyroid meds and replaced them with natural thyroid replacement. Good in theory we thought. He started to gain weight. Twelve pounds! Susan first claimed it was water weight and then muscle mass. Our bad to buy into that. Susan started adding more and more steroids (cortisol) to his regimen. She claimed that it couldn’t be over prescribed Our dog suffered severe liver damage from the steroids. His kidneys we also effected by her irresponsible use of steroids. We ended up in an emergency situation and she refused to see him. Fortunately she sent him back to his traditional vet, where is was properly diagnosed. Susan never followed up with us. Our experience with Susan has cost us hundreds of dollars but more importantly she shortened our beautiful dog’s life expectancy.

Amazing and Insightful. Dr Klein is very connected to animals and their needs. Yes, the initial visit is just a little more than other vets but worth every penny! She takes her time and has actually saved me hundreds of dollars over the past year in dietary recommendations and other non-essential tests and meds my previous vet had me doing. My dogs are the happiest and healthiest they've ever been since switching to Dr Klein.

Great, caring, professional vet with extensive knowledge of natural, holistic solutions for our pet's needs! Dr. Klein helped both our teen-aged dogs get healthy and happy!
