Amazing food that made my night perfect and immersed me to a beautiful moment in time and space. Service was one of the best - that which you can only experience in a Michelin star restaurant. Attention to details and empathy, that only people who love the food and beverage industry can show, with nothing less than pure passion and love for what they do. Food and beverage director Travis was nothing less than perfectly professional! Chef Alberto is extremely talented and even visited us at the table. Ryan, our server, was great and very knowledgeable about the entire menu! Overall, and exceptional evening. Thank you!

Long wait, even with a reservation, but it was Valentine's Day and wouldn't hold that against them. Food was amazing and our waiter was fantastic. Pictured is the bison steak with truffle mashed potatoes. We also had the wagyu hot plate, which was phenomenal!

Excellent food with excellent service!nOur server was so nice and friendly to us.nWe had a great time in Christmas Eve and we were so impressed the food.nWe didn’t have high expectations before we came here. But it was absolutely the best restaurant we ate in Vail.nLove the lamb shank, mussel & onion soup!nWill definitely come back here when we visit Vail.nRecommend to everyone:)

I came back 3 times and cancelled reservations i made at other restaurants. I the drinks are delish - i stuck w an espresso martini and they have a great beer selection.nnAnd the food is out of this world !! Each bite was better than the next.nnCan’t do any better than the service and ambience at slope room. The workers are super nice. Extremely helpful and they make the experience worth coming back !!!nnBy far .... the best restaurant in vail!nCan’t wait till I’m back at slope room :)

Amazing experience. Great food and service. Our server Alex was very helpful and had excellent customer service. You wouldn’t be able to believe that this restaurant is so new.nWould love to come back if possible.
