Exactly what you would expect of a Ritz Carlton. I ate at the bar and had the salmon aqua and the roasted cauliflower. Both were delicious. And as always at the Ritz the service was spot on and I had a fantastic mixed drink.

Great service, Awesome setting, yeah yeah yeah, it’s a mountain Ritz. But we NEED to talk about this hot basket of fried chicken. Lawdy that was amazing. So amazing, in fact, I woke up this morning still thinking about it and, frankly, feeling the burn... perfectly fried de-bones chicken thighs marinated in what we were told was a cilantro serano sauce (the chicken has an unusual but alluring green hue to it) and served w Hawaiian sweet rolls to calm the burn a bit. They came out hotter than most of my table could handle but I ordered an extra hot batch for myself and literally burped a flame of fire at one point during the meal.nnEat. This. Chicken.

Great restaurant and the bison burger won’t disappoint. One of the best hot toddy’s I’ve had.

This place sucks!

The Nachos and Bison Chili was delicious. The bartender made excellent drinks and service was very good. See you next year. Celebration Of Life Murfam
