Thank you Jeremy for your expert guidance through the delicious menu, we really enjoyed the West and East Coast Oysters as well as the Grilled Calamari - never going back to fried. The cocktail and wine recommendations could not have been better. Perfect way to start our week in Vail.

Operated by Vail valley natives, Root and Flower can only be described as a quiet haven in the bustling Village. From homemade tapas to effervescent wines and cocktails on tap, R&F keeps it fresh. This unique restaurant also holds special memories of meeting and building formative, lasting relationships with friends and family. Really enjoyed having a few small plates and flight of wines. We had the curried chick peas and the duck confit enchiladas both were excellent. Wait staff was very helpful and really knew their wines. Wines we well priced and selected. Seats were arranged so you didn't seem crowded next to other groups and the overall volume low enough to easily talk.

Went here twice, once for lunch and then dinner. It's a really cute place with excellent small plates. They have a great wine and cocktail selection! Add this to your plans while in vail!

Loved our time at Root & Flower; Root & Flower is a great getaway, after a day of skiing. Root & Flower has delicious small plates, while you enjoy their unique drinks and atmosphere. I personally loved the fascinating presentation of the Griswold Family Christmas cocktail, and the taste didn't disappoint.
