Well Tom sorry you feel you were ripped off by us. You asked for an oil change and gear lube and replace the impeller and thermostat and yes a tune up and get it running...we replaced the spark plugs and fuel filters and fuel line and primer bulb to get it running good and we tested it here and it ran just fine in the shop. Wished I would have known you had issues with your Mercury. But thanks for not letting us make it right with you, Vicki Manager

In over 40 yrs of boating I have never felt a ripped off as I at this place took boat in for tune up and impeller got it back won't even run all the sudden it needs new carbs ran fine when it went in there wouldn't trust them to work on anything
