I can't say enough good things about this place especially the owner Grant. I bought a black and white tegu last year and I'm very happy with the purchase. The thing that really separates this shop from any other in addition to the great selection and healthy pets, is the customer service you receive. Grant the owner is very knowledgeable and has been there for any questions we've had before and after the purchase. So these guys are awesome will definitely be using them and recommending them in the future.
The workers here act as if they know everything & discount your knowledge. I am a Cultural Anthropologist with a minor in Ecological Biology. I have been keeping amphibians for over 10 years. I just wanted to purchase something. the worker continues to doubt that I can keep the animal. Telling me over & over to research the species. I’m telling the worker & answering their questions about my enclosure. Do your job & sale the animals, I’m telling you I have an enclosure specifically for something. However, I need to continue to research. I’m done coming here, good prices don’t make up for multiple bad experiences.
