I love this place. So helpful to us and our new dog. What ever question do you have for them they know the answers. So nice and considerate for what your animal needs.
Staff is so friendly, great selection of dog food and other pet supplies. Dog grooming station is also super convenient
First off: A well rounded pet store. A+ for products and variety.nSecond: DO NOT WASH YOUR DOG HERE! the was facilities may look nice but thats all they do. Functionality wise.. they are very, very bad. Open showers let water splash everywhere, and they do not provide aprons. Towels are provided in the smallest possible size. Further more, the leads to attach your dog to the 'tub' are not very secure. The lead came undone twice during my visit and I had to wrestle my 120 lbs dog back into this 'open shower' fiasco. If you have a medium-small dog, this might work for you; any other size is not going to be a good time. Go to an actual dog washing place for a better experience. Come here to get dog food or whatever.
They would not refund or switch food when my dogs didn't eat it. I have spent so much there each month I think they should keep in mind that I am a good customer and treat me well.
