Six Capital Brewing

Taking over the old Peak to Peak space in the best way possible. They have a good variety of beers (tried all 10 they had available) and would order or get to go at least 8-9 of them. Solid beer offerings, and then the icing on the cake is their BBQ. You can tell the owners know what they are doing and so excited for 6 Capitals to crush it coming out of COVId. Super friendly and accommodating staff, can't really ask for much more from a Brewery/Restaurant IMO. Launch Pad has some real competition now!

Great new brewery! There was a good variety of beers and the food was amazing! Not your typical pub food. I’d highly recommend the Devil’s on horseback. Everyone there was friendly and there was really attentive service.

This is our favorite brewery in town, by far. Everything about Six Capital Brewing and BBQ is phenomenal. The food is delicious, the beer is well crafted and the people are so kind. 10/10 I would definitely recommend

Great service! Excellent beers as well as an amazing selection of unique BBQ foods. Overall, an excellent spot worthy of visiting often!
