Always a good time in the neighborhood bar.
Brownies.nFrom an old Irish bar to a budding spacious alcove in the pocket area of Sacramento.nThe bar still retains, as of 8/28/19, the name Brownies. Some of the old patrons still frequent during day hours, and sometimes into the night. The climate of the new blends with the changing winds of the new ownership, but the mood and effect still welcomes the intimate experience of your favorite hole-in-the-wall bar.nYou can get some fantastic Mexican from a wonderful restaurant nearby, right at the bar. The magic in the experience comes from the people that still continue to frequent the new direction.nThe new design has booth seating and pool tables with sports channels available, but I think you'll come for the experience.nCash only, but there's an ATM inside.nThese kinds of places are what I seek in the town I love.
Brownies is a very cool place, my husband and I have been back several times since our first visit! The Bartenders are awesome ! Really great time!
I realize this rating is a little low. I would probably give it a higher rating with food.
