I store for a chain store. They do move things around a bit but it's very clean well stocked and organized. Been here a few times and when you do get a staff member they're very helpful. I do notice that they seem a little bit short of personnel for the amount of customers in the store. Otherwise a very pleasant experience fair pricing. Going to buy more feeder fish for a pond and fountains.

We love Petco! The employees are always super nice and helpful. We have a range of dogs, fish, hamsters and guinea pigs so its never a dull moment in our house. Petco and their employees have helped save the day on more than one occasion. I love that they offer curbside too! Makes it so easy and convenient to get what we need quickly.nnOh, and Bobby is the BEST! ❤

Pretty good Petco! Although someone here sold and convinced my mom that a Rainbow Shark would be happy in a 15 gallon tall Aquarium. This isn’t right. They grow up to 6 inches long and her tank width is maybe 9-10 inches. Rainbow sharks need to be in a 30 long at the minimum to be happy. I would appreciate if those wouldn’t just try to make a sale with people like my mom whom keep fish for fun and have little knowledge about Species, you guys should be informed enough to be able to relay correct information to ALL consumers. Live in a closet and see if you will thrive like this poor Rainbow Shark. :) Please research your aquatic life to better help your customers. I will continue to shop here for my needs because it’s usually a solid store with great customer service.

The store staff and Manager make you feel valued. They are always there to help and listen. I feel like they are part of my family. Each new employee is taught to also feel like family so they treat customers like family. A family that loves its animals.
