They have re-modeled and the layout is much easier to navigate. They carry a ton of food, toys, etc. Also have a grooming salon and a vet office in the store. I've gone in 2x recently and needed help finding a product and both times the staff person stopped what they were doing and took me right to the item. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, cashier was super friendly when I popped in about 1 week ago.
I take my small dog in for nail clipping when needed. No reservations needed and was never there more than twenty minutes. If you're in their system you can get some decent discounts on selected items. Overall satisfied with this store.
Employees were very helpful and courteous. I asked the cashier if I could pick up my online order before I received the notification that it was ready, without hesitation, the employee quickly went to get the item off the store shelf and processed my order.
We utilize the grooming service here. Even with minimal patrons in the store, one usually has to wait a spell to receive staff recognition/acknowledgement of your attendance. That being said, every staff encounter has been welcoming, pleasant and professional.
Good store, I really wish they had a more well stocked and/ or more variety in their section for small critters though.
