I’ll say there super super friendly and all but I can’t depend on the store for my reptiles cause it’s very hard to find them open. They say 11 to 6 but that is not true. I have even at this point asked to leave work early just trying to get some crickets and they aren’t open ever. Definitely need to work on that
The owner is not a person you can depend on. I purchased a Indianneck! $1000 he NEVER came back to honor his WORD for the wellbeing of the bird! I have had the bird 5-6 months and the bird was abused and he never came back to clip my birds wings, or even suggested where we could get care for parrot. He doesn't answer his messages or return calls! He brought this bird to my home has NEVER been back!
