I'd do anything to keep Kaiser forever. So glad to have had it while I have. Trying to figure out how to get my family members on it. Everyone is always nice and there's never much of a wait. I love my doctor. So glad I have found her, I am picky. I've been in just about every department and everyone is always so pleasant.

OVERALL: wish I had a different service provider because their billing department has no idea what the person next to them is doing. Multiple times of calling I always have to get transferred or put on hold a handful of times.nTHIS FACILITY: Had a dr tell me I had TMJ 3 times and I got a second opinion and ended up having 2 surgeries so far to saw my jaw bone and wire it shut. They want someone who is anxious being around people to go out of their way to go to a class before they actually want to help you. They dont listen to you. I cant remember the reason but I went to the dr because I was in extreme pain and I specifically had told them iubprofen didnt help and they tried to give me iubprofen so I walked out and didnt pick it up. They want to see how much money they can get out of you before actually trying to help.

very streamlined service especially now during COVID. Dr. Tiffany Phan was very kind and informative in my eye care!

My employer gives us a choice between three different health systems. Kaiser is one of them. One of the other options, I have been using for the past five years. During that time the Attorney General had busted them twice for over-billing. So I thought I would vote with my dollars and come to Kaiser for a change. A number of my colleagues had been going there and seemed satisfied with Kaiser. Oh my gosh, if you’re shopping for a health care facility, this is not the place! This place is so much like the hospitals in China! And by China, I mean the Peoples Republic of China, not the wonderful, modern Taiwan or Hong Kong. But more on that in just a moment.nnHere are some of the indicators to me, having only been in the Kaiser system for two days, that they have a scary low bar for quality of health care:nn(1) When you’re provided a list of possible doctors to choose to be your GP, they all look under the age of 30. In other words, Kaiser does not value, and is not willing to pay for highly experienced, qualified medical professionals.nn(2) I read the universities where these doctors were trained. Half of them weren’t even trained in the United States. They were trained in places like Russia, India, China, and Central America. I’ve lived in several of those places, and their standards of healthcare are simply not at the level that ours is. Meanwhile, those doctors who were trained in the US, the College of medicine that they trained at, I couldn’t find a one that had trained at a state-funded university research hospital. Trust me, that is not good.nn(3)When I checked in for my appointment today, they didn’t even give me a clipboard for the intake forms. Talk about rinky-dink! Even China gives you clipboards!nn(4) There are credit card terminals at every single receptionist cubicle. This sends the subliminal message that “we will not see you or treat you until you pay”. It was frightening and gave a distinctly low-rent air to the place. Not the impression I want to get from the people in whose hands my life is now charged for the next 12 months. What a long 12 months these are going to be!nnIn summary, if you have options, don’t choose Kaiser Permanente.

I’ve always received fast and friendly service here both from my doctor appointments and the pharmacy. There’s always parking which is great compared to the larger Kaiser facilities.
