I love to shop at Petco. I am used to the store and where things are. The staff is very helpful and very nice. I have never run into a rude staff member there ever. They are always on their toes and not standing around talking with each other.I enjoy my shopping experiences with Petco and have recommended them to my friends.

The staff at Petco were extremely helpful. They answered all the questions that my daughter and I had about the tree frog we wanted to purchase. They helped us with anything we needed. They were out of the tree frogs we were looking for at the time, but said they would have more in soon. The staff is very nice and friendly here. We will definitely come again. Thanks again Petco and staff.

The lady who groomed our dogs was very polite. The dogs didn't look much different, and they were supposed to do a full service. I don't believe they did everything. Petsmart is a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Better service.

Customer service was exceptionally good! Associates were all friendly and offered prompt service. One employee stood out to me and made sure I left with a solution to my problem. Their manager Ryan offered help and made me feel welcomed in their store. Usually, I’m a regular customer who comes in often for various things for my dogs. Ryan is usually there also, and he always greets me and asks if I need any help. I usually do, and he seems very happy to give it. He’s very knowledgeable and efficient and makes my shopping g experience great!nnLast week I had a slight issue when I stopped by and was interested in purchasing a new tank for my fish. I was set on one I saw online, but when I came in it was unfortunately sold out. Ryan quickly said he’d double check the back room and their computer to see if he could find it. He couldn’t find it, but he did find a similar item that I was able to use my coupon on. He was really knowledgeable with almost all of the products. On the way out I mentioned I was interested in switching my beloved Golden Retriever over to Origin dog food. I was unsure, but Ryan explained the ingredients andnthe benefits and I quickly made my selection. My dog loved the food and my fish is content in his new tank! Will be returning regularly because of the awesome customer service :) Thank you, Ryan!!

Went in for some turtle food. Was very easy to find. And the cashier was great. She had a great personality. That always makes the shopping experience better.
