Just had an outstanding customer service experience with Ed Welch at Island Pursuit. I needed sunglasses and was guided and informed in such a laid back and relaxed way. Thanks for a great start to my day!
I stopped in this store today and was not greeted at all. The sales girl was more concerned with her phone than anything else. I had every intention of spending money there but just felt very unwelcome. I will not be back.
