On a hunch, I casually walked in thinking this place was like any other place that sells shoes. You just walk in, pick a pair that looks cool, pay, then walk out. Not the case at all. As soon as I walk in, one of the staff came up to me and offered his help. They asked in-depth questions like what type of shoe im looking for, asked me to walk to see how my balance shifts and professionally measured my foot. This may not seem like a big deal, but coming from a guy who has a history of low back injuries and wears boots all day, its nice to have a shoe that actually fits and is comfortable. If you are tired of name brand shoes that look cool but aren't comfortable, you gotta give Dave's a shot, you won't regret it
Chloe helped me get two awesome pairs of shoes. I am handicapped and she was caring, patient and made sure that I bought the appropriate shoes. She was cheerful and even helped me to my car.
I'm a very big fan of Dave's Running Shop. Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They have helped myself and family to find the proper running shoes, which we struggled with for quite some time. Their prices are a little more expensive but I feel like the products are worth the money, and you're getting the right shoes that you need for your specific activity. Highly recommended!
Can't say enough wonderful things about Dave's running shop. I was there to pick up a pair of shoes I was certain would be best for me, and their associate Aron advised me to try a pair of Brooks that he personally used in Colorado, and I couldn't be more pleased with his advice. He was so friendly and treated me with respect which is something you don't see very often anymore. If I could give six stars I would because they extremely busy that day but he took his time to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left.
Took my son in to get training shoes and spikes for track. Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were so busy but still kept professional composure!
