My experience at Mercy Perrysburg has been a very good one. I was extremely anxious about having surgery, but the entire staff from doctors to dietary to custodial, everyone has been great. Everyone is knowledgeable and compassionate.

Both times I’ve had to go to the emergency room here, I’ve been really impressed by the kindness of the staff and their great bedside manner. This goes a long way for me, as I’ve had some unfortunate experiences in the past at other places. I think very highly of the staff there and really appreciate them.

I have had the best experience with this place. My primary care practitioner has been Stephanie Gerdeman for almost 3 years now and I honestly haven't had anyone better than her throughout my life and I've lived all over the country. Not only her, but her nursing staff, administrative staff and every person I've encountered affiliated with this facility has been so accommodating and thoughtful. I honestly feel like they truly care and I'm incredibly grateful. Thank you to everyone at this facility and please keep doing what you're doing. It might not always feel like it in your line of work but you are appreciated.

I didn’t want to go to the ER for complications from my eating disorder, but when the heart palpitations and dizziness became overbearing, leaving me almost passing out, I didn’t have a choice. All I can say is I’m so glad I went to the Perrysburg ED! I had the most amazing nurse, who’s name was Brandi. She was the sweetest, most caring person I’ve ever met, and she actually listened to what I had to say and showed compassion. I was terrified, so I cried from time to time, but she was always there for me. And Dr. Murray is the definition of who a healthcare worker should strive to be. She was in my room within 10 minutes of being brought back and listened to me explain all of my concerns and struggles. She was in there with me for a good 20 minutes, which is unheard of in an ER setting. She constantly came back to check on me and made sure I was comfortable and that the IVs were making me feel better. It was a long night, and I was ultimately transferred to another facility, but I’m indebted to the Perrysburg ED, Brandi and Dr. Murray for helping me start the healing process. Thank you❤ufe0f
