My wife and I had a very good professional exam. We have had many each and feel very confident in results from pearl vision. This is the second time we have used pearl vision in Twinsburg ohio and again we've had wonderful service.

Visit with the Dr. was phenomenal. She was personable and really listened to my concerns and issues. She put me on contact lenses that changed my life because I could finally see without the discomfort. Less than a year later, I have had to dispose of several batches of my left contact because it is causing me so much pain. When I change into another pair, both lenses will be perfect and life is good. It makes no sense to me why once in a while, the lens doesn't do well on one of my eyes. I have plenty of right contacts to last until March, but 1 left pair left. I call into Pearl Vision a few months ago to discuss what could possibly be going on. The woman answering the phone was so rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Few weeks later I get a call that my contact lenses were in and to come pick up whenever, but they were the wrong brand!? The woman who called me to have me pick up read the notes and basically the person I spoke to initially wrote that I wanted to try a different brand. I didn't. Actually I emphasized that I LOVED the lenses I had and they are working great for me. I only wanted to talk about what could be going on. Fast forward to a couple days ago. Whole month of November and December have been perfect, but this week I am in so much pain. I call back to discuss what is going on and I get the same rude woman that answered the phone. She continued to say the Dr. won't be in until Friday and she was going to have her call me then, but was most likely going to want to see me. I asked her how possible it is they may be defective and she said she has never heard of that before and they cannot just keep replacing them for me. I wasn't calling for a handout. I was calling to talk about my options and what possibly could be happening with these lenses that I LOVE and do not want changed. This girl put such a poor taste in my mouth that I don't think I will return to give them my business. Such a shame because the Dr. is amazing, but she would fit in better somewhere else where her answering staff is a bit more customer savvy and decent to others. -Sara Thomas
