Very friendly and helpful. Prices are a little high on a lot of items, but you can find deals at times! Good variety of leashes and toys. Not a ton of variety with clothing and bath products.

I placed an online order and could not believe how easy it was too pick it up. I'm and out. Super friendly employees made it easy and welcoming, I really enjoyed my experience.
It's your average PetSmart. This visit I was overcharged for an item and the (female) manager had to come up. Another customer came in and wanted to purchase a parakeet. It was extremely cold outside and the manager did not want to sell her the bird because of the weather. I was so impressed by this. Took my 2 dogs to get groomed yesterday. Not only was the staff kind to me , but you can see that they are pet people and their calm energy kept my pups at ease . They came home happy and looking great !
