Took my chainsaw in, was having trouble getting it started. The service guy took in the back and got it started pretty quickly. Brought it back out and didn't charge me a dime. Excellent service! They went to work for me and got my snowblower fixed fast. They pay attention to detail and great communication during the whole service.
Took my mower in for a tune up and self propelled transmission repair. After evaluation, I determined that it was more cost effective to buy a new mower than to repair the old. Somehow we miscommunicated. When I went to pick up the mower, I found that it had been completely repaired and refurbished, Sohaars immediately apologized for THEIR error and, even though I offered to pay for their service, they adamantly refused any compensation. Now that’s how you take responsibility for your business. Not many businesses today that will “make things right”! I will not go anywhere else for my future repairs! Thanks for your honesty and integrity!!!
